Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason, except in cases where goods are:

Custom-made or personalised specifically for you.
These items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email returns@assafora.com within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the same secure packaging they were sent in, or equivalent protective materials.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was faulty or damaged when delivered.

You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

If damage occurs during return transit due to inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to deduct the repair or replacement cost from your refund.
Return Packaging Instructions
Ceramics are fragile and require careful packaging for safe return. Please follow these steps exactly to avoid damage:
Materials Required:

Bubble wrap (minimum 2–3 layers per piece)

Packing tape
-
Sturdy cardboard inner box
-
Larger outer box for double-boxing
-
Cushioning material (packing peanuts, crumpled paper, or air pillows)
Step-by-Step:

Wrap each piece individually in at least 2–3 layers of bubble wrap. Secure with packing tape.

Place the wrapped item(s) into a small, sturdy box (inner box) with at least 5 cm (2 inches) of cushioning on all sides.

Seal the inner box with packing tape.

Place the inner box into a larger outer box with cushioning material between the two boxes on all sides.

Mark the outer box clearly as FRAGILE.

Use a tracked and insured shipping service.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@assafora.com with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days using your original payment method.
We may reduce the refund if the item is damaged due to inadequate packaging or shows signs of use.
