Terms of service

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between Assafora, registered at Hálkova 2, Prague 2, 120 00, Czech Republic, Business ID: 09911782, (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), and any natural person who enters into a purchase agreement through the online store at www.assafora.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).

2. Ordering and Conclusion of Contract

  • All orders made via the online store are considered binding.

  • A purchase agreement is concluded once the Seller confirms the order via email.

  • The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order in justified cases (e.g. technical errors, stock shortages).

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are final and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

  • The Buyer may pay via bank transfer, online payment gateway, cash on delivery, or other available methods listed on the website.

4. Delivery

  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days unless stated otherwise.

  • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are included in the final order price.

  • The risk of damage to goods passes to the Buyer upon receipt from the carrier.

5. Right of Withdrawal

  • In accordance with EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • To withdraw, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (email or letter) and return the goods within the legal time limit.

  • Returned goods must be undamaged, complete, and preferably in original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned goods are received.

6. Liability for Defects and Complaints

  • Defective goods may be claimed under the Returns and Complaints Policy (see below).

  • The Seller is liable for defects existing at the time of delivery or that appear within the warranty period.

7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

  • Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and in compliance with applicable laws.

8. Final Provisions

  • These Terms and Conditions are valid from 1.1.2025.

  • The Seller reserves the right to modify the Terms. Updated versions will be published on the website.

  • Disputes may be resolved out of court via the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) or the EU ODR platform.
